A straightforward way to spread the cost of your training

BridgeQual helps eligible learners pay for professional training through manageable monthly payments. The process begins after you have selected a course or study package with one of our Approved Education Partners.

Five clear stages

    Choose your course or study package

    Speak with your education adviser and select the course, qualification or study package that is right for you.

    Submit an enquiry

    Complete the BridgeQual enquiry form with your contact details, chosen education partner and course or study package.

  3. 3

    We contact you

    A member of our team will explain the proposed payment arrangement, answer your questions and confirm the information we require.

  4. 4

    Review the terms

    Before proceeding, you will receive the relevant payment terms and information so that you can make an informed decision.

  5. 5

    Confirm the arrangement

    Once the arrangement has been accepted and set up, your Approved Education Partner will confirm your enrolment and access to your studies.

Typical payment structure

A deposit, then eleven monthly payments

Many learners pay an initial deposit and spread the remaining balance over 11 monthly payments. The exact deposit, monthly amount and payment dates will depend on the course or study package and will be confirmed before you agree to proceed. Our standard monthly payment arrangements are interest free. No interest is added to the agreed training price.

  • Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a payment plan will be offered.

  • The details of the arrangement will be explained before you agree to proceed.

  • Payments are normally collected electronically using an authorised payment collection service.

  • Your course or study package is supplied by the relevant Approved Education Partner.

  • Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable training terms and payment agreement.
